Strength and Conditioning Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm 2/13, 2/20, 3/5, 3/12, 3/26, 4/2 (No Class 2/27 & 3/19) Drop in $15, Session $75
In this 60 minute class we will work towards preparing the body for dance and vibrant daily life through a cardiovascular warmup, followed by a series of muscle building and toning exercises. We'll complete our practice with a calming stretching segment designed to release muscle tension and bring the body and mind into a balanced state. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. All levels welcome.

Each week we will learn a new isolation based combination designed to fit neatly into any choreography, group improvisational framework, or your 60 minute weekly get away! This class will keep you smiling and pushing your layering skills while keeping an emphasis on healthy posture and alignment. Please bring a water bottle and socks; as the floor is sometimes chilly.
